Admission under EOIR allows Jason to practice federally in all 50 states before the Department of Homeland Security (DHS), Department of Justice (DOJ), Immigration and Customs Enforcement (ICE), Immigration Court, and Board of Immigration Appeal. It also permits Jason to work directly with United States Citizenship and Immigration Services (USCIS).
Jason is also the Board Member of the Municipality of Norristown Zoning Hearing Board in Pennsylvania. And works on a Per Diem basis with Newark Municipal Court as a Public Defender. Jason graduated from New York City College of Technology with a Bachelor of Technology Degree and graduated from Thomas M. Cooley Law School with a Juris Doctorate Degree.
